1. What We Collect

When you submit a conversation, screenshot, voice note, or dating profile photo to be scanned, that content is sent to a third-party AI service to generate your rizz score, read, and suggested replies. This content is not stored on our servers after your result is returned, and it is not linked to your name, email, or any account — we don't require one. Photos submitted to the Dating Photo Rater feature are used only to generate that one report and are never stored or reused afterward.

Some features — Saved Threads, the 1v1 Rizz Challenge, Invite-a-Friend, and the leaderboard — use an anonymous, app-generated identifier (not your name or email) to keep track of your own scans, challenges, and referral rewards. If you purchase Rizz Scan Pro, Apple's App Store or Google Play processes your purchase under that same anonymous identifier.

2. How We Use Your Data

Submitted content is used solely to generate your results. We do not store this content on our own servers after your result is returned to you, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Conversations and photo reports you save to your in-app history are stored only on your device. You can delete this history, or an individual saved thread, at any time from within the app. Daily and streak reminders, if enabled, are scheduled locally on your device and never involve a push notification server.

4. Advertising

Free-tier use of Rizz Scan AI is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect a device advertising identifier, coarse (non-precise) location, and general usage data to serve and measure ads. Where required by law (including in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can review or change that choice at any time from Settings in the app. Rizz Scan Pro removes ads entirely.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a third-party AI provider to generate your results, Google AdMob to serve ads to free users, and Apple's App Store / Google Play to process subscription purchases. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

6. Children's Privacy

Rizz Scan AI is not directed at children and is not intended for users under 17. The Dating Photo Rater feature will not generate a report for a photo that appears to show a minor.

7. Your Choices

You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. If you'd like your data removed from our systems, contact us using the email below.
