1. Using Rizz Scan AI

Rizz Scan AI lets you paste text, upload a screenshot or dating profile photo, or record a voice note to receive AI-generated commentary and suggested replies. By using the app, you agree to use it for personal, lawful purposes only, and to be at least 17 years old.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of any conversation text, images, or voice notes you submit. We process this content solely to generate your results and do not use it to train models without your consent. When using the 1v1 Rizz Challenge or Invite-a-Friend features, the prompts, replies, and display name you choose to share are visible to the friend or opponent you send them to.

3. No Guarantees

Rizz Scan AI provides entertainment and conversational suggestions generated by AI. Results are subjective and should not be relied on as professional advice of any kind.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates another person's privacy without consent.
• Do not upload a photo of anyone other than yourself to the Dating Photo Rater, or any photo of a minor.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

5. Subscriptions

Rizz Scan Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly — the yearly plan may include a free trial). The exact duration and price for your selected plan are shown in the app before you purchase, and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we cannot process cancellations directly.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
